Abstract
"Dalam sebuah organisasi profit seperti perusahaan, karyawan sebagai sumber daya manusia dinilai sebagai salah satu komponen penting. Sumber daya manusia adalah faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi karena peranannya yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan organisasi. Maka dari itu karyawan diharapkan dapat memberikan kinerja yang baik dan bisa bertahan dalam bekerja untuk jangka waktu yang lama bahkan mencapai usia pensiun. Akan tetapi saat ini turnover menjadi salah satu tantangan terbesar dalam sebuah organisasi profit. Maka dari itu faktor-faktor yang dikiranya dapat mempengaruhi intensi dari karyawan untuk melakukan turnover harus benar-benar di evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan bidang jasa yaitu PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari job satisfaction, job performance, dan workplace environment terhadap employee turnover intention. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan menyebar kuesioner tertulis kepada 88 orang karyawan yang bekerja di PT. XYZ. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan bantuan software SPSS (IBM Statistics 25). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention di PT. XYZ. Sedangkan faktor job performance dan workplace environment tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention di PT. XYZ./In a profit organization such as a company, human resources are one of the important components. Human resources are a very important factor in the organization because of its very important role for the sustainability of the organization. Therefore, employees are expected to provide good performance and be able to stay in work for a long period of time compared to the level of income. But now turnover is one of the biggest challenges in a profit organization. Therefore, the factors that he thought could influence employees to make changes must be truly evaluated. Researchers conducted research in a service company PT. XYZ. This research aims to analyze the job satisfaction, performance, and work environment of employee turnover intentions. Data collection was carried out by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 88 employees who worked at PT. XYZ Approval of this study is a quantitative estimate and with the help of SPSS software (IBM Statistics 25). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intentions at PT. XYZ. While work performance and work environment factors have no effect on turnover intentions at PT. XYZ."
