Corruption in Indonesia is still be one of the causes of the decline of the nation's economic system, the Indonesian government actually did not stay silent in addressing corruption. To be able to uncover the corruptors it would require courage and witnesses who are directly aware of the act of corruption. Seeing that the role of whistleblowers and justice collaborator very influential in helping to eradicate the corruption in Indonesia and in other countries, and the risk that will be accepted by the offender whistleblower and justice collaborator itself is quite high so it needed a definite guarantee for the protection of whistleblowers and justice collaborator in Indonesia. This study aims to explore and analyze how the legal protection of the whistleblower and Justice collaborator on corruption in Indonesia. The results showed that If the whistleblower and justice collaborator has been eligible for legal protection, then the whistleblower and justice collaborator will be given legal protection in the form of protection from any criminal and / or civil. Protection from any criminal prosecution and / or civil justice collaborator is intended to be prosecuted by those who feel aggrieved over the report.
