Abstract

Salah satu fungsi utama bank adalah mengelola dana pihak ketiga. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peningkatan penyaluran kredit dan jumlah kreditur di PT XYZ, namun tidak dibarengi dengan meningkatnya jumlah laba yang diperoleh, beberapa penyesuaian perkembangan tren sudah dilakukan seperti perubahan desain ruangan dan layout meja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ secara parsial dan secara simultan. Metode analisis yang digunakan oleh Penulis adalah menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial dan metode analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh secara simultan, dengan pendekatan statistic menggunakan tools SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh negative secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negative secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompetensi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memberikan pengaruh terbesar dalam model regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. / One of the main functions of the bank is managing third party funds. This research is motivated by an increase in lending and the number of creditors at PT XYZ, but not accompanied by an increase in the amount of profits obtained, several adjustments to the development of trends have been made such as changes in room design and table layouts. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, leadership and work environment on employee performance at PT XYZ partially and simultaneously. The analytical method used by the author is to use a simple regression analysis method to test the partial effect and the method of multiple regression analysis to test the effect simultaneously, with a statistical approach using SPSS tools. The results showed that competence had a positive effect on employee performance, leadership had a negative effect on employee performance, the work environment had a negative effect on employee performance and competence, leadership and work environment had a positive effect simultaneously on employee performance. The results also showed that competence had the greatest influence in the regression model used in this study.
