Abstract

Praktek pendidikan Indonesia dinilai masih sebatas kegiatan pentransferan ilmu pengetahuan. Namun, Sekolah Dasar Atisa Dipamkara, sebagai sekolah pionir berlandaskan Buddhisme, menekankan nilai moral kepada setiap siswa. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk mengetahui dampak dari tradisi sekolah berdasarkan nilai religius, yaitu anjali, terhadap solidaritas dan respek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Seleksi partisipan menggunakan angket hingga didapatkan 11 siswa yang dapat diwawancara dan diobservasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak anjali dalam solidaritas adalah meningkatnya produktivitas dalam kelas dan kemampuan siswa untuk mengekspresikan perasaan kepada temannya di kelas. Dampak anjali dalam respek adalah kesadaran memperlakukan guru dengan rasa hormat dan mengikuti aturan yang ditetapkan oleh guru saat kegiatan belajar mengajar. / Indonesian education practices are still limited in the transfer of knowledge activities. However, Atisa Dipamkara Primary School, as a pioneer of buddhis school, emphasizes moral values to the students. This encourages researcher to figure out the impact of school tradition based on religious value, called anjali, on solidarity and respect. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used was interview and observation. Questionnaire is used as participant selector to get 11 students to be interviewed and observed. The results shows indicate that the impacts of anjali in solidarity are boosting the productivity of the classrooms and students' can express their personal things toward their friend in the class. The impacts of anjali in respect are following the rules set by the teacher during teaching and learning activities.
