Kinerja seseorang yang baik dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal diantaranya adalah motivasi kerja, Work-Life Balance, dan Positive Organizational Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, Work-Life Balance, dan Positive Organizational Behavior terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 50 orang guru yang terdiri dari 23 guru SMP dan 27 guru SMA IPEKA Puri di Jakarta Barat. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, Work-Life Balance, dan Positive Organizational Behavior memengaruhi kinerja guru SMPdan SMA IPEKA Puri secara positif. / Teacher’s performance has an important role in achieving the achieving the vision and mission of the school. Teachers must have competence in their field. A good performance of a teacher can be influenced by many things such as work motivation, work-life balance, and positive organizational behavior. This aims of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation, work-life balance, and positive organizational behavior toward teacher performance. The subjects of the research were 50 teachers, consisting of 23 junior high school teachers and 27 senior high teachers of IPEKA Puri high school in West Jakarta. The data analysis is using the Smart-PLS application. The results obtained show that work motivation, work-life balance, and positive organizational behavior affect the performance of IPEKA Puri's junior and senior high school teachers positively.
