Indonesia is development country. The development grows rapidly. The issue that is faced in big cities in Indonesia is the needs of settlement, thus, the direction is thoughtful. The enhancement of settlement is closely related to population such as total population, population growth rate and the average change of population in each family. The availability of limited land in quality or quantity, whereas the needs of development for equipment increase. Right of ownership is the most important for everyone. However, how if apartment is built on the disputed land. In this paper, it will be discussed an issue about verdict number 264/PDT/G/2013/PN.BDG and verdict number 2910/K/Pdt/2014. This case is about ownership disputes toward the land that has been built apartment.
