Communication have a ve,y important rule in social life. Human as a sosial beings need to interact with other humans, but there are some group of people that have limitations in communication. which is those who have disability. They may included in a marginal world that seperated from a social life in general, therefore the writer is trying to analyze and keep finding the answer from those problems. The ability to socialize with other human being start from an early age. from family environment, to school environment, then to society. School environment has a big capacity direct and form the ability of human interaction, that is why the writer doing the analysis and planning in one ofinclussive school, the school name is Amazing School. Data collection is done by qualitative method, which using direct interview and survey the location. First the survey method is by coming directly to school and observing the ama=ing school users, there are students, teachers, staff. guests, etc then analyze it. Second with some inten•iews at the amazing school, with amazing school director, teachers. students, guests, also school administrators. The result of the research can be said that school has a very important role to determine how swdents are able to explore inside the school and develop to be a true socia human being
