Human has the need to socialize with others in order to achieve certain goals or to fulfill certain needs. This also apply when they are doing business. Most of business person wil need another business person in order to sustain or develop their busisness. Rights and Obligation will arise due to the relationship of those business persons. To make that rights and obligation protected by law, they will make certain agreement to match their intention. In fulfilling their rights and obligation, it is not uncommon for failures to occur due to various reason. In this case, PT. Bumi Boga Persada fail to fulfill their obligation to PT. Swadaya Panduartha, they supposed to have a legaly clean land asset which they included in devolepment agreement with PT. Swadaya Panduartha. Its turn out that land asset having a legal issue which is already in sequestration of another party.This make PT. Bumi Boga Persada doing a Tort(wrongdoing) to PT. Swadaya Panduartha. The Objective in conducting this internship report is to learn and to provide readers with analytical and theoritical approach regarding the completion process of this case. Within this internship report, the author would like to provide readers with his experience in participating in the completion process.
