Role of land is very important in human life, besides as residences, land also can be used as an object in an agreement. Therefore it formed a variety of agreements, one of them is agreement of Agriculture Sharing Sharing Holder, the implementation of Agricultural Land Sharing Agreements mostly done in rural communities because the majority of the population work as farmers, as well as the implementation of the agreement for Agricultural Land Sharing in Pabayuran District, Regency of Bekasi. The method of research is by using method of juridical normative, with the specification of analytical descriptive. From the results of the research, it is concluded that the implementation of the agreement for Agricultural Land Sharing in Pabayuran District, Regency of Bekasi, in village of Karangreja did not used Agreement of Agricultural Land Sharing pursuant to Law No.2 of 1960 about Agreement of Agricultural Land Sharing, but they conduct the agreement based on the customary law that has been handed down through generations which is based on the agreement specifically the agreement between the land owner and the prospective cultivator which is done verbally under trust. The non-enactment of Law No.2 of 1960 is due to the traditional nature of society and the kinship nature inherent in daily life. Customary law is also left to be very dominant in their lives, as well as the thought that sharing agreement made by writing is impractical. Also, the time limit set by Law No. 2 of 1960 raised concerns to the tenants and the lack of counseling related to the Law of Land Sharing Agreement, as people still do not understand the importance of the law and the function of the law itself in their life.
