Abstract
Pada era modern ini, perindustrian semakin banyak dan berkembang seiring penggunaan teknologi. Bagi perusahaan, efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam proses produksi sangat penting dilakukan, agar perusahaan dapat selalu berkembang dari tahun ke tahun. Perusahaan juga perlu memperhatikan dampak dari proses produksi terhadap lingkungan, agar waste dapat di eliminasi dan mengurangi aktivitas yang tidak memberi nilai tambah produk selama proses produksi agar mencapai perusahaan yang ramah lingkungan, sehingga perusahaan perlu menerapkan konsep industri ramping dan industri hijau. PT Presisi Jaya Sakti adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di produk presisi sebagai part dari otomatif, seperti button shaft. Tujuan penerapan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat waste yang terdapat pada proses produksi, mengidentifikasi penyebab waste, dan melakukan penilaian dengan penerapan Standar Industri Hijau yang mengacu pada form self-assesment Industri Hijau 2018 yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementrian Perindustrian. Data yang diperlukan adalah data primer dengan observasi dan wawancara, dan data sekunder yang diperoleh langsung dari perusahaan. Setelah itu dilakukan pengamatan terhadap setiap proses produksi PT Presisi Jaya Sakti, diperoleh hasil Process Actvity mapping (PAM) yaitu aktivitas proses operasi sebesar 93%, inspeksi 6%, dan transportasi 1% terdapat beberapa waste terbesar yang terjadi, yaitu waste waiting dengan 73 kejadian sebesar 23.47%, waste transport dengan 61 kejadian sebesar 19.61%, dan waste defect dengan 60 kejadian sebesar 19.29%. Pada pengukuran penerapan Standar Industri Hijau juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan form self assessment Industri Hijau. Diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai industri hijau aspek proses produksi sebesar 0.46, aspek kinerja pengelolaan limbah sebesar 0.08, dan aspek manajemen perusahaan sebesar 0.06. Total skor yang didapat yaitu 61, dan masuk kedalam kategori penghargaan level 2 yaitu pada interval 60.0 – 70.0. / In this modern era, more and more industry and developing through the use of technology. For companies, efficiency and complexity in the production process is very important, so that the company can grow from year to year. Companies also need to consider the production process for the environment, so that waste can be eliminated and reduce activities that do not provide product value added during the production process in order to reach environmentally friendly companies, so companies need to use lean industry concepts and green industries. PT Presisi Jaya Sakti is a company engaged in precision products as part of automation, such as the shaft button. The aim of implementing this research is to increase the level of waste needed in the production process, determine the causes of waste, and conduct an assessment by applying the Green Industry Standards which involve the self-assessment of Green Industry 2018 issued by the Ministry of Industry. The data needed are primary data with observations and interviews, and secondary data obtained directly from the company. After evaluating each production process of PT Presisi Jaya Sakti, the results of Actual Process Mapping (PAM) were obtained, namely operating process activity of 93%, 6% inspection, and 1% transportation containing the largest amount of waste produced, namely waste waiting with 73 occurrences of 23.47%, garbage transportation with 61 events was 19.61%, and garbage defects with 60 events were 19.29%. The measurement of the application of the Green Industry Standard is also carried out using the Green Industry self-assessment form. Obtained results from the industrial value of the production process aspect of 0.46, inventory management aspects of 0.08, and company management aspects of 0.06. The total score obtained is 61 and is included in the level 1 award category, which is in the interval 60.0 - 70.0.
