Abstract

Industri ritel merupakan bisnis yang sudah ada sejak lama di Indonesia. Penetrasi internet yang besar dan tingkat kesiapan menggunakan Electronic Commerce (ECommerce) dapat mengoptimisasi bisnis ritel dengan menggabungkan sistem ritel tradisional dan E-Commerce. Luisfigo berdiri sejak tahun 2003 akan tetapi pada awalnya hanya bergerak dalam bidang industri ritel untuk produk dompet, tas, dan sabuk. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh Luisfigo saat ini adalah data stok tidak tersinkronisasi dengan baik sehingga barang yang dipesan, invoice masih dibuat dengan tulis tangan sehingga rawan terjadinya human error, pemesanan masih dilakukan dengan bantuan sales yang keliling dari daerah ke daerah. Oleh sebab itu, tugas akhir ini akan memfokuskan pada pengembangan sistem berbasis web yang dapat memfasilitasi pemilik Luisfigo dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database Management Systems (DMBS). Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle dengan metode Waterfall. Pemodelan yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah UML 2.5 dengan use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah sistem berbasis web yang dapat memfasilitasi proses penjualan produk fashion Luifigo menjadi lebih praktis, aman, informatif, dan menarik. Selain itu pada saat pengujian terlihat bahwa calon User juga dimudahkan dalam mencari produk dan terutama sistem pembayaran yang terjamin keamanannya yaitu dengan menggunakan Doku Wallet. / The retail industry is a business that has been around for a long time in Indonesia. Large internet penetration and readiness to use Electronic Commerce (ECommerce) can optimize the retail business by combining traditional retail systems and E- Commerce. Luisfigo was founded in 2003 but initially only engaged in the retail industry for wallet, bag and belt products. The obstacles faced by Luisfigo at this time are that stock data is not synchronized properly so that all the products that are in and out is still noted in a book note, sales invoices are still made by hand writing so it is vulnerable to human error, orders are still made with the help of traveling sales agent from region to region. Therefore, this final project will focus on developing a web-based system that can facilitate the owners of Luisfigo using the PHP programming language and Database Management Systems (DBMS). The development of this system uses the System Development Life Cycle method with the Waterfall method and made using Bootsrap. The modeling used in the construction of this application is UML 2.5 with use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The final result of this final project is a web-based system that can facilitate the process of selling Luifigo fashion products to be more practical, safe, informative and interesting. In addition, at the time of testing, it was seen that prospective users were also facilitated in finding products and especially payment systems that guaranteed security, by using Doku Wallet.
