Abstract
Industri yang berkembang kerap memunculkan persaingan kerja yang tinggi. Dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut, perusahaan perlu mengadakan pengupayaan agar dalam tidak kalah dalam persaingan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan training kepada para karyawan. Tujuan penulis dalam melakukan kegiatan magang adalah untuk melihat kondisi riil di lapangan terkait dengan training yang dilakukan oleh konsultan X untuk perusahaan PT. Central Mega Kencana (PT. CMK). PT. CMK merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri barang mewah khususnya perhiasan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis, konsultan X telah sesuai dalam memberikan training dengan urutan-urutan dari training need analysis (TNA) sampai dengan evaluasi
