Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kepuasan kerja karyawan customer service, teller, dan relationship manager Bank Ganesha. Gambaran ini terlukis dalam data yang didapatkan dengan kuesioner MSQ-shortform yang telah diadaptasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan mengukur dua faktor yang menentukan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yaitu faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 58 karyawan. Data yang didapatkan diolah dengan analisis deskriptif dan uji Mann-Whitney U. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan rata-rata responden menyatakan bahwa mereka puas pada pekerjaan mereka. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pekerjaan customer service dan teller pada faktor ekstrinsik, antara karyawan yang bekerja kurang dari satu tahun dengan karyawan yang sudah bekerja dua sampai tiga tahun pada faktor ekstrinsik, dan antara kantor cabang dengan kantor pusat dalam segala aspek kepuasan kerja.
