This thesis is titled "Incompability Of Toll Road Procurement Compensation Costs From Legal Perspective on Land Procurement (Case Study Of Establishment No. 84 / Pdt.P / 2013 / Pn.Kag)”. The writing process uses normative method by doing statute approach, conceptual approach and case approach. The problems formulation in this thesis is: (1) 1. How is the land procurement procedure practiced in the field that practiced by the land officer? (2) In Case Study No. 84 / Pdt.P / 2013 / Pn.KAG, is the compensation for land given to the applicant appropriate and in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2012 concerning Land Procurement for Development in the Public Interest? From the legal research conducted by carrying out the above research it can be concluded that, in the formulation of the first problem of how the proper procedure for land acquisition procedures, references to land compensation are used by the land appraiser. The second problem statement addresses the compensation given to the community in accordance with the standard rules used by the land appraiser. Land appraisal carried out by land appraisers must consider aspects such as the environment, soil conditions and others. The appraiser must use the references specified by the Land Agency to comply with the provisions of Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition and Indonesian Appraisal Standards 306.
