Rapid technological development often exceeds the applicable legal rules. PT. GOJEK Indonesia is a business actor that uses non-cash payment technology and systems. PT. GOJEK Indonesia works with the GOJEK driver as a partner. Consumen GOJEK as a user GOJEK application often to use GO-FOOD service for their needs and paid with non-cash payment with GO-PAY system but often on that process driver GOJEK sometimes intentionally and negligently wanprestation and harm consumen, this research aims to determine to fing what agreement occours between the consumen GOJEK and driver GOJEK, also to find out the legal efforts that consumen to get legal protection. The method and types of this research uses juridical empirical research by interview the legal division on PT. GOJEK Indonesia and interview the driver GOJEK also spread questionnaire to GOJEK consumen and use the secondary data to find the conclusion. The conclusion on this analysis is there are four parties on the GO-FOOD process which is PT.GOJEK Indonesia, GOJEK consumen, GOJEK driver and the restaurant and in the aggrement using an electronic agreement with a reverse check agreement. The legal effort that GOJEK consumen can take is by in court or outside the court with the effective way do the effort complaint to customer GOJEK to get compensantion.
