Abstract
Sense Indonesia merupakan salah satu full service digital agency di Jakarta yang lahir pada tahun 2008. Dalam menjual jasanya, Sense Indonesia bergerak cukup banyak dalam dunia internet dengan bantuan dari berbagai social media. Selama 4 bulan melaksanakan magang, penulis terlibat sebagai social media manager dan memegang beberapa klien, yang salah satu nya adalah Jacqueline Burchell. Di mana Sense Indonesia melakukan promosi Jacqueline Burchell ini melalui bantuan social media yaitu instagram. Jacqueline Burchell mulai memakai jasa dari Sense Indonesia sejak Juni 2018 hingga saat ini. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan penulis selama melakukan magang di Sense Indonesia adalah penerapan social media marketing melalui instagram yang dilakukan oleh Jacqueline Burchell. Social media dianggap dapat meningkatkan brand awareness, menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan para konsumen dan yang paling utama adalah membantu penjualan dari Jacqeuline Burchell. / Sense Indonesia is one of the full service digital agencies in Jakarta that was born in 2008. In selling its services, Sense Indonesia moves quite a lot in the internet world with the help of various social media. During the 4 months of conducting an internship, the author was involved as a social media manager and held several clients, one of which was Jacqueline Burchell. Where Sense Indonesia promoted Jacqueline Burchell through the help of social media, Instagram. Jacqueline Burchell started using services from Sense Indonesia since June 2018 until now. The conclusion obtained by the author while doing an internship at Sense Indonesia is the application of social media marketing through Instagram by Jacqueline Burchell. Social media is considered to be able to increase brand awareness, maintain good relationships with consumers and the most important is to help sales of Jacqeuline Burchell.
