Permintaan klien akan mebel harga murah, membuat perusahan memiliki keterbatasan dalam jenis dan bentuk desain. Selain harga, penampilan dari mebel juga menjadi pertimbangan klien dalam menentukan pilihan. Maka dari itu, perusahaan ingin mengembangkan color panel agar dapat menawarkan lebih banyak pilihan finishing kepada klien. Dari berbagai jenis finishing, percobaan difokuskan pada pengembangan physical treatment, karena selama ini perusahaan hanya memiliki sedikit varian tekstur.
