Abstract
One of the most important sources of internet is social media. Social media has become an indispensable part of communication for many companies and one of the best ways to reach customers or clients. To increase the satisfaction of the followers of @JKTFOODDESTINATION, we need to research the affective and conative cognitive effects of the followers of the @JKTFOODDESTINATION Instagram account for uploading culinary attractions in Jakarta The research method used by researchers is a quantitative research approach with type of descriptive research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, that is, samples selected from certain categories. In this case, the followers of the @JKTFOODDESTINATION Instagram account, which the researchers determined were 77 respondents. Judging from the overall answers to the questionnaire, that cognitive and affective effects get a positive effect from the followers. While the conative effects get effects that are still neutral or doubtful from their followers. / Salah satu sumber informasi yang sangat berperan adalah media sosial. Media sosial telah menjadi bagian yang sangat diperlukan oleh pemasaran bagi banyak perusahaan dan merupakan salah satu cara terbaik untuk menjangkau pelanggan atau klien. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan para followers @JKTFOODDESTINATION, maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai efek dari para followers akun instagram @JKTFOODDESTINATION terhadap konten tentang objek wisata kuliner di Jakarta Metode penelitian yang di gunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu sampel yang dipilih dari kategori tertentu. Dalam hal ini adalah followers akun instagram @JKTFOODDESTINATION, yang telah peneliti tetapkan sebanyak 77 responden. Dilihat dari keseluruhan jawaban kuisioner, bahwa efek kognitif dan afektif mendapatkan efek yang positif dari para followers. Sedangkan efek konatif mendapatkan efek yang masih netral atau ragu-ragu dari para followersnya.
