Abstract
Parking system in Indonesia still has some drawbacks, such as the ineffectiveness of the parking system due to uncertainties in determining empty parking spaces, which leads to quite an amount of time spent in looking for such empty spaces, especially during rush hours. The development of a parking system that allows customers to search for an empty parking space is done through online booking. Besides having the ability to solve the above problems, this system also provides benefits to managers, in which the number of customers arriving in certain hours can be predicted. Researcher has conducted a series of test scenarios on the online booking system to determine whether the system can handle a variety of cases that may occur. The results acquired from 19 test scenarios specified that the system can handle such cases without any errors. Responses obtained from the questionnaires stated that 96.7% agree to the application of the system, 93.3% stated quite agree that the system is efficient and 100% agree that the system is feasible. The following step that can be taken is to do the manufacturing simulation and test the online booking system on the operational parking system so that this system can be integrated.
