Abstract
Developing technology makes the exchange of information faster, for example, the development of social media that has developed into many platforms. Technological developments make it easier for companies to convey the company's vision and mission by using the existing technology. With the ease of delivering information through the field of technology, especially social media, Public Relations also took the opportunity to use social media as a platform to carry out its tasks. Kanekin.co can easily spread the company's vision and mission through social media so that it can form the Kanekin.co company image. Kanekin.co's vision and mission is realized by using Public Relations activities such as CSR and Cyber Public Relations. In forming the Kanekin.co Company Image there are many many aspects both CSR and Public Relations which are all implemented through Cyber Public Relations. All Cyber Public Relations activities also use the image formation model to determine whether Kanekin.co's corporate image is positive or not. Results of Cyber Public Relations have a great effect on Kanekin.co in shaping the company's image while also maintaining Kanekin.co's corporate image. All of the applications of Cyber Public Relations Kanekin.co are very effective because there are many factors that influence the maintenance of Kanekin.co's corporate image implemented by Cyber Public Relations. / Teknologi yang berkembang membuat pertukaran informasi menjadi semakin cepat contohnya seperti perkembangan media sosial yang sudah berkembang menjadi banyak platform. Perkembangan teknologi mempermudah perusahaan untuk menyampaikan visi dan misi perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknologi yang ada. Dengan adanya kemudahan penyampaian informasi melalui bidang teknologi khususnya media sosial, Public Relations turut mengambil kesempatan untuk menggunakan media sosial sebagai platform yang berbasis untuk melaksanakan tugas – tugasnya. Kanekin.co dapat menyebarkan visi dan misi perusahaannya dengan mudah melalui media sosial sehingga dapat membentuk citra perusahaan Kanekin.co. Visi dan misi Kanekin.co diwujudkan dengan menggunakan kegiatan Public Relations seperti CSR dan Cyber Public Relations. Dalam membentuk Citra Perusahaan Kanekin.co terdapat banyak banyak aspek – aspek baik CSR maupun Public Relations yang semuanya diimplementasikan melalui Cyber Public Relations. Semua kegiatan Cyber Public Relations juga menggunakan model pembentukan Citra untuk mengetahui apakah citra perusahaan Kanekin.co positif atau tidak. Hasil dari Cyber Public Relations memberikan efek yang besar bagi Kanekin.co dalam membentuk citra perusahaan sekaligus dapat mempertahankan citra perusahaan Kanekin.co. Semua penerapan Cyber Public Relations Kanekin.co berjalan dengan sangat efektif karena banyak faktor – faktor yang memperngaruhi dalam mempertahankan citra perusahaan Kanekin.co yang diimplementasikan Cyber Public Relations.
