Abstract

Dalam memenuhi kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, sudah seharusnya PAUD yang bersangkutan memiliki fasilitas yang baik demi menciptakan suasana nyaman dalam kelas. Namun kenyataanya, masih banyak PAUD, terutama di daerah terpencil yang memiliki fasilitas minim seperti ruang kelas yang kecil dan furnitur yang kurang memadai. Perancangan ini ditujukan untuk PAUD di Sekolah Lentera Harapan Rote,dimana pada saat ini memiliki fasilitas kelas yang sangat kurang. Furnitur yang ada hanya digunakan sebagai pelengkap untuk belajar, tanpa memperhatikan kenyamanan anak serta kegunaaannya di dalam kelas. Furnitur yang ada saat ini kurang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran yang berbasiskan active learning. Hal ini yang menjadi fokus utama penulis dalam melakukan perancangan. Dengan menggunakan sistem knockdown dan stacking, untuk mendukung kegiatan pelajaran active learning serta agar furnitur dapat dirapikan dan disusun dengan baik. Selain itu, sistem ini akan mempermudah pengiriman produk yang menempuh jarak cukup jauh. / In fulfilling Early Childhood Education learning activities, PAUD should have good facilities to create a comfortable atmosphere in the classroom. But in fact, there are still many PAUD, especially in remote areas that have minimal facilities such as small classrooms and inadequate furniture. This design is intended for PAUD in Sekolah Lentera Harapan Rote, which currently has very poor classroom facilities. Existing furniture is only used as a complement to learning, without regard to the comfort of the child and its use in the classroom. The existing furniture does not support learning activities based on active learning. This is the main focus of the author in designing. By using a knockdown and stacking system, to support active learning activities and so that the furniture can be tidied up and arranged properly. In addition, this system will facilitate the delivery of products that have traveled a considerable distance.
