Abstract

Estimasi durasi proyek merupakan salah satu unsur yang mengisi skenario dinamis pada setiap proyek konstruksi. Studi akan estimasi durasi proyek tentu perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan industri konstruksi. Tugas akhir ini, melakukan pembahasan yang dikonsentrasikan untuk proyek renovasi interior di lingkungan Perusahaan X. Hipotesis pada tugas akhir ini adalah adanya keterkaitan antara faktor-faktor pada estimasi durasi proyek terhadap target pencapaian waktu yang lebih efisien. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data-data proyek sebelumnya, data-data tersebut digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pengertian serta indikator dalam pembahasan permasalahan yang diangkat. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan adanya identifikasi dari segi faktor-faktor estimasi durasi proyek dalam meningkatkan kinerja waktu pada proyek-proyek Perusahaan X. Melalui studi ini didapatkan didapatkan sebelas variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu. Dari kesebelas variabel tersebut didapatkan variabel-variabel seperti pekerjaan pengecatan, pembuatan furnitur standar perusahaan X, dan pekerjaan fasad, dan lain lain didapati paling berpengaruh. Sementara itu, faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor pekerjaan dalam lingkup arsitektur. Dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 64%. Dengan interpretasi bahwa pekerjaan dalam lingkup arsitektur pada proyek-proyek Perusahaan X sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja waktu, dan dapat dioptimalkan. Melalui penelitian ini juga diberikan masukan, rekomendasi perbaikan, dan penggunaan persamaan regresi yang didapatkan untuk estimasi durasi proyek yang akan datang. / Project duration estimation is one of the elements that fills a dynamic scenario in every construction project. The study of the estimated duration of the project certainly needs to be further developed to improve the construction industry. This thesis, conducts a concentrated discussion for building projects in Company X environment. The hypothesis in this thesis is the relationship between the factors in the estimated duration of the project to the target of achieving more efficient time. The approach taken is a quantitative method sourced from previous project data, the data is used to identify understanding and indicators in the discussion of the issues raised. Through this research, it is expected that identification in terms of the estimated duration of the project in improving time performance in Company X projects. Through this study, it was found that eleven variables that most influenced the time performance. Of the eleven variables obtained variables such as painting work, manufacturing of furniture standard company X, and facade work, etc. were found to be the most influential. Meanwhile, the most influential factor is the work factor within the scope of architecture. With a contribution value of 64%. With the interpretation that work within the scope of architecture in Company X projects greatly influences time performance, and can be optimized. Through this study also provided input, recommendations for improvement, and use of the regression equation obtained for the estimated duration of the project to come.
