The increase of spa enthusiasts originated from health needs, due to the increasingly rapid population development. Offering body and mind balance is the main goal of the spa. Human tendency towards treatment is causing an increase in the number of spa facilities over time. But spa services will not be separated from the original discovery of the spa itself. Data collection is done through observation and interview techniques. By observing the spa area, especially the lobby and therapy room as a design boundary, the data is collected in the form of field notes. Notes which contain existing space objects, interior elements, colors, etc., also managed to get data on the number of visitors and activities carried out in various places. Then proceed with interviews to test the validation data that has been obtained, and then add to the completeness of the survey results. Interviews were conducted with spa experts and several therapy members. From the analysis, it can be proven that the design aims to attract wider spa enthusiasts. The design process will be associated with ethical theory in design, in order to test the design ethics code which included in the results of the user’s responses. / Meningkatnya peminat spa berawal dari kebutuhan kesehatan, akibat semakin lajunya perkembangan penduduk. Penawaran keseimbangan tubuh dan pikiran merupakan tujuan utama dari spa. Kecenderungan manusia terhadap perawatan menyebabkan bertambahnya jumlah fasilitas spa seiring waktu. Namun pelayanan spa tidak akan terlepas dari asal mula ditemukannya spa itu sendiri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Dengan mengamati area spa terutama lobi dan ruang terapi sebagai batasan perancangan, terkumpulnya data berupa catatan lapangan. Catatan yang berisikan objek ruang eksisting, elemen interior, warna, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan observasi, juga berhasil mendapatkan data jumlah pengunjung dan aktivitas yang dilakukan di berbagai tempat. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan wawancara untuk menguji kebenaran data yang telah diperoleh, lalu menambah kelengkapan hasil survey. Wawancara dilakukan kepada ekspertis spa dan beberapa staf terapi. Dari analisis, dapat dibuktikan bahwa hasil desain bertujuan untuk menarik peminat spa yang lebih luas. Proses perancangan akan dikaitkan dengan teori etika dalam desain, guna menguji kebenaran kode etik perancangan yang disertakan hasil respon pengguna ruang.
