Abstract

Bogor merupakan kota dengan potensial bisnis yang terus berkembang dan cocok menjadi lokasi untuk pembangunan hotel bisnis. Kota Bogor juga mementingkan mobilitas keberlanjutan (sustainable), sehingga baik untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis dan memberi dampak positif bagi lingkungan sekitar. Maka dari itu, dibuat perancangan hotel bisnis di Bogor dengan pendekatan green material yang akan berdampak bagi pengunjung maupun lingkungan sekitar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik kepustakaan digunakan untuk memberikan standar dalam perancangan. Konsep perancangan adalah ‘balancing daily life’ untuk menyeimbangkan kehidupan antara manusia dan lingkungan, dengan sentuhan budaya Sunda dan material yang berkelanjutan. Ruang khusus yang dirancang adalah lobby dengan lounge dan kamar tipe suite. Untuk mendukung penilaian hasil perancangan, penulis mewawancarai 10 responden dengan menunjukkan hasil rancangan dan memberi pertanyaan, kemudian melakukan analisis. Dari hasil analisis, perancangan interior hotel bisnis di Bogor sudah menggunakan green material yang memenuhi standar, dengan pengaplikasian pada seluruh area. Etika lingkungan juga sudah diterapkan oleh penulis sehingga akan memberikan dampak baik bagi lingkungan jika perancangan direalisasikan. / Bogor is a city with business potential that continues to grow and a suitable location for business hotel development. City of Bogor also prioritized on the sustainability of the city, which is a good thing as it supports the business activities and thus give a positive impact towards the community. Therefore, the design of business hotels in Bogor is made, with a green material approach that will impact both visitors and surrounding community. Data collection is done through literature study, interviews, observations, and documentation. The literature study is used to provide standards in designing. The design concept is ‘balancing daily life’ to keep the life of human and environmental in balance, with a hint of Sundanese culture and sustainable materials. The specially desgined spaces are lobby with the lounge and suite room. To ensure the assessment of the design results, the author interviewed 10 respondents by showing the results of the design and giving them questions, then proceed with the analysis. From the results of the analysis, the author stated that the interior design of business hotels in Bogor has been using green materials that meets the standard, with application in the entire area of the hotel. The environment ethics has also been applied by the author, so that it will give a good impact to the environment if the design is realized.
