Abstract

Development of technology and transaction has generated virtual food and beverages transaction. Office workers utilizes this development to increase daily life efficiency. Food and beverages delivered to office spaces satisfies hunger with efficiency, though valuable dining experience is neglected. Customers only step out of office to pick-up delivery then return to office space. Dining experience is essential during dining activity. Customers should dine with experience offered by the food and beverages. Break time is allocated for brief break from hectic office atmosphere. Therefore it should be designated as time to obtain atmosphere distinct from office spaces to increase productivity after break. In virtual era, nature of space has developed. Once, a physical dining space only needs to fulfill dining requirements. Presently, a physical dining space should adhere to dining standards and changing nature of space with secondary requirements. Implementation of self-service behavior and technology will alter standing pattern of behavior in a physical space. Therefore physical space is essential in allowing customers to set individual paces during break time while obtaining dining experience. Virtual technology and physical space are interdependent in providing dining experience suitable for different customers with requirement and demands.
