Abstract

Studi ini mencoba untuk mengkaji evaluasi bangunan hijau dalam Desain Sekolah Lentera Harapan Rote melalui parameter Greenship yang dibuat oleh Green Building Council Indonesia. Studi ini akan mengevaluasi desain sekolah secara arsitektur dengan parameter Greenship untuk bangunan baru versi 1.2 dan interior dengan parameter Greenship untuk interior space versi 1.0 yang akan dibedah menjadi 6 kategori besar yaitu Tepat Guna Lahan, Efisiensi dan Konservasi Energi, Konservasi Air, Sumber dan Siklus Material, Kualitas Udara & Kenyamanan Ruang, dan Manajemen Lingkungan Bangunan. Studi ini berfungsi untuk mengetahui temuan potensi bangunan hijau yang dapat dicapai, dikembangkan, serta batasan tolok ukur yang tidak dapat dicapai dalam Desain Sekolah Lentera Harapan Rote.
