Gagal ginjal kronis merupakan penyakit yang terjadi akibat penurunan fungsi ginjal yaitu menyaring dan membuang zat-zat sisa hasil metabolisme tubuh. Hasil penelitian medis menyatakan bahwa penyakit gagal ginjal kronis dinilai berbahaya dan sulit untuk dideteksi secara dini. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui komponen-komponen yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap penyakit gagal ginjal kronis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komponen-komponen yang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penyakit gagal ginjal kronis. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan regresi linier berganda. Metode PCA digunakan untuk mengelompokkan variabel-variabel penelitian menjadi beberapa komponen yang lebih signifikan. Analisis akan dilakukan terhadap 777 variabel yang diperoleh melalui data Riskesdas 2018. Metode regresi linier berganda akan digunakan untuk melihat arah hubungan masing-masing komponen utama dalam menyebabkan penyakit gagal ginjal kronis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen-komponen utama tersebut terdiri dari hambatan terhadap kunjungan fasilitas kesehatan primer, kebersihan konsumsi makanan dan minuman, konsumsi rokok dan minuman beralkohol, preventif kesehatan, kesehatan ibu dan anak, konsumsi obat-obatan rutin dan penyakit kronis, dan pemeliharaan kesehatan anak dan remaja. / Chronic kidney disease is a disease that occurs due to the decreasing of kidney function, which is filtering and removing waste products resulting from the body’s metabolism. Medical researches explain that chronic kidney disease is considered dangerous and difficult to detect early. Therefore, it is necessary to find out which components that affect the occurrence of chronic kidney disease. The purpose of this research is to find out the components that significantly influence chronic kidney disease. The method used in finding these components is the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and multiple linear regression. The PCA method is used to group research variables into several more significant components. Analysis was conducted on 777 health-related variables obtained through the Riskesdas 2018. Multiple linear regression method will be used to see the direction of the relationship of each principal component in causing chronic kidney disease. The results showed the significant principal components consist of barriers to primary health facility visits, cleanliness of food and beverage consumption, consumption of cigarettes and alcoholic drinks, health preventive, maternal and child health, routine and chronic diseases drug consumption, the maintenance of the health of children and adolescents.
