The increasing development of technology led to new breakthroughs that can help people in everyday activities. One of the biggest problems faced in day to day activities of Indonesian society is congestion and employment are minimal, the causes of congestion is the lack of good public transport feasibility level running in Indonesia, causing many people who use private vehicles to carry out daily activities. The existence of public disquiet over the congestion problem caused the emergence of ideas that shaped their shuttle transportation by private vehicle which in its activities facilitated with the help of applications that can be downloaded in the mobile phone community. It received a good response from the public because of its ease of use as well as the state of the vehicle is more convenient as compared to public transport operating in Indonesia. In addition to providing ease and comfort of their application based transportation has created an opportunity to get a job for people who do not have jobs so that their application based transportation was well received by the public. Problems arise when the presence-based transport applications are considered not to follow the Laws Invitation accepted that transport-based applications should be forbidden to operate this would result in the loss of jobs that have been owned by the driver based transport applications and also the loss of a mode of transport that is easy and convenient for people. This led the authors want to write a thesis to further examine related issues based transportation applications.
