Abstract

The role of the teacher as a shepherd leader is very significant in today's character education, especially in developing the respectful character of a teenager. Likewise, the involvement of parents, as the main pillar and environment of peers, also has a role in the Development of a teenager's character. This study aims to determine the effect of the teacher's role as a shepherd leader, parent involvement, and peer interaction on respectful characters. The subjects of this study were 50 students, grade 11 at XYZ High School in South Tangerang. The research model used is the Smart-PLS path analysis with a quantitative approach.The results showed that the teacher's role as a shepherd leader, parent involvement, and peer interaction influenced positively to student's respectful character. / Peran guru sebagai pemimpin gembala sangat signifikan dalam pendidikan karakter masa kini, terutama dalam menumbuhkembangkan karakter format seorang remaja. Demikian pula Keterlibatan orang tua, sebagai pilar utama dan lingkungan teman sejawat, juga memiliki peran dalam perkembangan karakter seorang remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran guru sebagai pemimpin gembala, keterlibatan orang tua, dan interaksi teman sebaya terhadap karakter hormat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 50 siswa, kelas 11 yang ada di SMA XYZ di Tangerang Selatan. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur Smart-PLS dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai pemimpin gembala, keterlibatan orang tua, dan interaksi teman sebaya mempengaruhi karakter hormat siswa secara positif.
