Abstract
Knowledge sharing has an important role in establishing and maintaining a quality of any organization especially in education area. Knowledge sharing is influenced by transformational leadership which builds a culture of sharing and motivates all members to practice it. This study is aiming to identify the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and motivation to knowledge sharing at Sekolah Lentera Harapan Kupang. This study utilizes a quantitative approach with a path analysis method to determine the effect of the coefficients of each variable. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires among 70 respondents at Sekolah Lentera Harapan Kupang. The result conducted showing that (1) transformational leadership has no direct effect on knowledge sharing behavior; (2) organizational culture has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior; (3) motivation has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior; (4) transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational culture; (5) transformational leadership has a positive effect on motivation; (6) transformational leadership has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior through organizational culture; (7) transformational leadership has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior through motivation. / Berbagi pengetahuan sangat dibutuhkan di dalam membangun dan mempertahankan kualitas suatu organisasi khususnya bidang pendidikan. Perilaku berbagi pengetahuan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional yang membangun budaya berbagi pengetahuan dan memotivasi anggotanya untuk berbagi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap berbagi pengetahuan di Sekolah Lentera Harapan Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh koefisien dari masing-masing variabel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 70 responden di Sekolah Lentera Harapan Kupang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan; (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan; (3) motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan; (4) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya organisasi; (5) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi; (6) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan melalui budaya organisasi; (7) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan melalui motivasi.
