Abstract

Tugas akhir ini memuat tentang laporan uraian teori dan proses pembuatan film dokumenter “Tatung” dari sudut pandang penulis sebagai produser. Film dokumenter “Tatung” bercerita tentang seorang manusia yang dijadikan media untuk perantara Dewa atau Dewi untuk berkomunikasi dengan manusia, dan mereka biasanya meminta berkat atau kesehatan kepada perantara Dewa tersebut. Kebudayaan ini masih terjaga di beberapa daerah di Indonesia salah satunya Pulau Bangka. Isi dari laporan ini merangkum proses perancangan, sampai hasil akhir dari film dokumenter “Tatung”./ This final project explains the theories and processes of making “Tatung”, a documentary film from a writer’s perspective as a producer. This documentary film is about a person who is being used as a medium for God and Goddess to communicate with a human. They usually ask for health and favor to the medium. This kind of culture still exists around some places in Indonesia, one of them is Bangka. This paper includes the process until the final result of this final project, “Tatung”.
