Land is something that is very important for us, human. It is important because there is only a limited amount of land in this world and the majority of us humans need land in order to live. Thus, there are a lot and many kind of conflict bound to happen regarding land. Indonesia is also without exception. Indonesia itself has agrian law, its called Undang-undang Pokok Agria (UUPA). One of the problems is in the verdict by court district in case no. 78/PDT.G/2013/PN-BLT. The problems in the verdict are regarding about the case of tort in the aspect of agrarian law. Verdict of the court become very interesting if we see and analyze the verdict by district court no. 78/PDT.G/2013/PN-BLT especially the compensation. We analyzed using normative legal research with case approach and statute approach. It became more interesting especially in the part where consideration of the judges in giving the judgment on the verdict. In all of the cases of tort, compensation is exceptionally important. We could say that compensation is the point of the claim. However, there is a time when judges do not allow the defendant to compensate if the value of the compensation does not considered equal to the loss. The judges need to think juridical in giving the judgment on the verdict. As we know, there are two kind of compensations, Material compensation and immaterial compensation. The example of the compensation could be in some kind of object, but it needs to be thoroughly thought and considered.
