Abstract
Berdiri sejak 2015, RINKU Agency merupakan agency yang bergerak di bidang media sosial. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, RINKU memiliki tujuan untuk menjadi agency yang terpercaya, memiliki ruang lingkup yang luas, dan RINKU Agency selalu meningkatkan kualitas layanan dengan terus mengembangkan tim agar bisa selalu membantu banyak perusahaan di Indonesia. RINKU mengklaim bahwa influencer menjadi aspek yang sangat penting dalam media sosial. Bukan hanya Instagram, tetapi menjalar sampai hampir seluruh media sosial.
Influencer memicu perhatian customer yang dapat mendorong keputusan pembelian kepada suatu perusahaan. Influencer juga menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang sangat berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan membangun brand awareness dalam media sosial. Itu disebabkan oleh pada jaman sekarang, hampir semua perusahaan, baik dari perusahaan kecil sampai perusahaan besar harus menggunakan influencer sebagai marketing tools mereka.
Laporan ini menerangkan bahwa RINKU Agency menjadi penghubung influencer dengan setiap klien untuk meningkatkan brand awareness sebuah brand. Influencer akan menjadi strategi utama untuk para brand dapat meningkatkan brand awareness mereka, kepada target audience yang sesuai. Sehingga dengan menghasilkan influencer coordinator yang baik, selain dapat membantu para klien untuk membangun brand awareness, RINKU Agency juga dapat meningkatkan brand image mereka sendiri. / Founded in 2015, RINKU Agency is an agency engaged in the field of social media. In running their business, RINKU has a goal to become a trusted agency, and has a broad scope, and RINKU Agency always improves their service quality by continuing to develop a team so that it can always help many companies in Indonesia. RINKU claims that influencers are a very important aspect of social media. Not only Instagram, but spread to almost all social media.
Influencers trigger customer attention that can drive purchasing decisions to a company. Influencers are also one of the main factors that is very influential in the success of building brand awareness in social media. That is caused by today, almost all companies, both from small companies to large companies must use influencers as their marketing tools.
This report explains that RINKU Agency is an influencer liaison with each client to increase brand awareness of a brand. Influencers will be the main strategy for brands to increase their brand awareness, to the appropriate target audience. So that by producing a good influencer coordinator, besides being able to help clients build brand awareness, RINKU Agency can also improve their own brand image.
