Abstract

Nowadays, there are many companies that use and implement organizational culture. The reason behind the use of organizational culture is to help companies unite employees and as a guide in the company's work environment. Organizational culture can also act as the identity of a company that can distinguish one company from another company. Implementation of a good organizational culture and organizational culture that is understood by all employees of the company will certainly be able to help the company's performance so that it can run better. Good company performance will help the company to be able to achieve the company goals. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of organization culture on company’s performance at CV Benteng Honda Marelan, Medan. In this study, the writer will use the census method and the total samples are 32 employees. These employees will later answer the questions from the questionnaire distributed by the writer. Before distributing questions to CV Benteng Honda Motor employees, the writer will do a pre-test to 30 employees from CV Garuda Jaya Motor. Several tests will then be carried out to analyze the data from the questionnaire. The hypothesis result using z-test is 4.337 which is bigger than the z table (1.96). Thus, it can be concluded that organization culture has influence on company’s performance at CV Benteng Honda Marelan, Medan. / Saat ini, ada banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan dan menerapkan budaya organisasi. Alasan di balik penggunaan budaya organisasi adalah untuk membantu perusahaan menyatukan karyawan dan sebagai panduan dalam berperilaku di lingkungan kerja perusahaan. Budaya organisasi juga dapat bertindak sebagai identitas perusahaan yang dapat membedakan satu perusahaan dari perusahaan lain. Implementasi budaya organisasi yang baik dan budaya organisasi yang dipahami oleh semua karyawan perusahaan tentu akan dapat membantu kinerja perusahaan sehingga dapat berjalan lebih baik. Kinerja perusahaan yang baik akan membantu perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan di CV Benteng Honda Marelan, Medan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan menggunakan metode sensus dan jumlah sampel adalah 32 karyawan. Karyawan ini nantinya akan menjawab pertanyaan dari kuesioner yang dibagikan oleh penulis. Sebelum membagikan pertanyaan kepada karyawan CV Benteng Honda Motor, penulis akan melakukan uji pre-test kepada 30 karyawan dari CV Garuda Jaya Motor. Beberapa tes kemudian akan dilakukan untuk menganalisis data dari kuesioner. Hasil hipotesis menggunakan z-test adalah 4.337 yang lebih besar dari z tabel (1,96). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan di CV Benteng Honda Marelan, Medan.
