Abstract

Pertambahan kepadatan lalu lintas semakin mempersulit dan merugikan pejalan raya karena sering terjadi kemacetan. Kemacetan yang terjadi dijadikan peluang oleh beberapa perusahaan untuk menciptakan transportasi yang lebih baik yaitu transportasi online. Pengguna transportasi online pun semakin lama terus meningkat. Di Indonesia terdapat 2 buah perusahaan besar transportasi online yakni Go-Jek dan Grab. Kedua perusahaan ini terus bersaing untuk menjadi yang terbaik, namun tentu saja akan tetap muncul 1 perusahaan yang lebih unggul. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dibuat untuk menganalisis transportasi online manakah yang lebih dipilih untuk digunakan jasanya dan faktor apakah yang menyebabkan konsumen melakukan keputusan dalam pemilihan jasa transportasi online. Pengolahan data dan analisa dilakukan dengan metode AHP dan ETA. Dari hasil analisis didapatkanlah hasil bahwa faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh terbesar dalam keputusan pembelian transportasi online adalah faktor harga dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,490 atau 49% dari keseluruhan bobot kemudian didapatkan hasil juga bahwa perusahaan transportasi online yang paling banyak dipilih untuk digunakan adalah Grab dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,573 artinya 57,3% dariresponden memilih untuk membeli Grab. / Increased traffic density makes it more difficult and detrimental to pedestrians because traffic jams often occur. The traffic jams that have become opportunities for some companies to create better transportation are online transportation. Online transportation users continue to increase. In Indonesia there are 2 big online transportation companies namely Go-Jek and Grab. Both of these companies continue to compete to be the best, but of course there will still appear 1 company that is superior. Therefore this study was made to analyze which online transportation is more preferable for service use and what factors cause consumers to make decisions in the choice of online transportation services. Data processing and analysis were performed using AHP and ETA methods. From the results of the analysis it was found that the factor that had the greatest influence on online transportation purchasing decisions was the price factor with a weight value of 0.490 or 49% of the total weight. 0.573 means that 57.3% of respondents choose to buy Grab.
