Kehadiran Perseroan Terbatas (PT) sebagai suatu bentuk badan usaha diatur di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007. Dalam era digital saat ini Perizinan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) diproses secara online melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS) yang diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2018 tentang Pelayanan Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik (PP No 24/2018). Permasalahan yang diangkat ialah pengaturan dalam penerbitan perizinan berusaha Perseroan Terbatas melalui sistem OSS dan peran notaris dalam penerbitan perizinan berusaha Perseroan Terbatas melalui sistem OSS . Dengan jenis metode penelitian yuridis normative, dengan cara perolehan data secara studi kepustakaan yaitu melalui berbagai literatur, buku, catatan, dan laporan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan. Dengan adanya sistem OSS dapat mempersingkat waktu dan biaya sehingga mempermudah pelaku usaha dalam mendapatkan perizinan dan Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Dalam mendirikan Perseroan Terbatas (PT),diperlukan peran notaris yaitu untuk membuat akta pendirian kemudian disahkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Dengan adanya PP 24/2018 Notaris diharapkan dapat mengetahui dan memahami tentang pengoprasian maupun mekanisme dalam penginputan, pendaftaran yang akan dilakukan untuk memperoleh perizinan-perizinan yang dilakukan melalui sistem OSS.Perizinan tersebut meliputi Izin Usah dan Izin Komersial/Operational. / The establishment of a Limited Liability Company as a form of business entity is regulated in Law Number 40 of 2007. Currently, Limited Liability Company Licensing is processed online through the Single Submission Online (OSS) system that is regulated in Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services (PP No. 24/2018). The research issues are regulation in the issuance of limited liability companies through the OSS system and the role of the notary in the issuance of limited liability companies through the OSS system. With the type of normative juridical research methods, by collecting data in the study of literature that is through a variety of literature, books, notes, and reports relating to the problem. The research concludes that with the OSS system, it can shorten the time and cost, making it easier for businesses to obtain licenses and Limited Liability Companies. In order to Establish a Limited Liability Company, a notary is required to prepare the deed of establishment and then legalized by the Minister of Law and Human Rights. With the Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 Notary is expected to know and understand for the operation and mechanism of inputting and registration will be done to obtain permits through the OSS system. These licenses include business licenses and commercial and or operational licenses.
