Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the influence of Job Stress towards Employee Performance at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara. This research was conducted at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara, located on Jalan Sekip Baru No. 3 -5 Medan, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. This research was conducted of the month of January 2020 – February 2020. Data analysis tool by using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The population is employees at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara in 2020, namely as many as 193 employees. This study used simple random sampling technique; the sample of this research is 130 employees at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara. Based on the data analysis, the coefficient of linear regression = -0.587. if the result are calculated into the linear regression equation, it indicates that job stress has a negative impact toward employee performance, which if the job stress increase by 1 unit, then the employee performance will decrease by 0.587 unit. The t-test probability value is 0.000 which is lower than the significant level which is as much as 0.05. On this basis, Ha is accepted. And tcount is (-10.460) < ttable is (1.97867). In conclusion, job stress has a negative impact to the employee performance at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Medan. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara, berlokasi di Jalan Sekip Baru No. 3 -5 Medan, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2020 - Februari 2020. Alat analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS (Solusi Produk dan Layanan Statistik). Populasi melalui karyawan di PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara pada tahun 2020, yaitu sebanyak 193 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 karyawan di PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara. Berdasarkan analisis data, koefisien regresi linear = -0,587. Jika hasilnya dihitung kedalam persamaan regresi linear, itu menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki dampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga jika stres kerja meningkat sebesar 1 unit, maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun sebesar 0,587 unit. Nilai probabilitas uji-t adalah 0,000 lebih rendah dibandingkan dengannilai signifikan yaitu 0,05. Atas dasar ini, Ha diterima. Dan tcount(-10,460) < ttable (1,97867). Oleh karena itu, kesimpulannya adalah stres kerja menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Medan.
