Abstract
Divisi Business Development di dalam sebuah perusahaan mempunyai peran yang sangat penting untuk kelangsungan perusahaan dan brand tersebut. Divisi tersebut mempunyai tugas utama untuk memikirkan tentang how to grow dari sebuah perusahaan. Hadirnya media sosial pun sangat memberikan perubahan bagi perusahaan. Apalagi dengan hadirnya Instagram sebagai salah satu media sosial dengan jumlah pengguna tertinggi di dunia, membuat banyak perusahaan dan wirausaha yang memanfaatkan dan menggunakan Instagram untuk melakukan pemasaran. Kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan Eyelovin melalui Instagram yaitu dengan memasang iklan digital di Instagram atau Instagram Ads dan juga melakukan endorsement kepada beberapa influencers dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness. Instagram mempunyai sifat penyebaran informasi yang sangat cepat dan luas, selain itu juga pemakaiannya yang mudah dan efektif.
PT Eyelovin Cantika Indonesia memilih media sosial Instagram sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran. Divisi business development memiliki peran yang penting dalam keberhasilan brand Eyelovin. Pemagang melakukan seluruh kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan Instagram dari Eyelovin. Selama kegiatan magang pemagang telah mempelajari strategi pemasaran Eyelovin melalui Instagram dengan baik. Eyelovin menjalankan strategi dan komunikasi pemasaran nya melalui Instagram dengan baik. Pemagang ditugaskan oleh supervisor untuk memberikan ide untuk konten Instagram feeds Eyelovin dan juga mengelola Instagram Eyelovin dengan tujuan untuk menarik perhatian customer dan juga meningkatkan brand awareness melalui penciptaan konten di Instagram. / Business Development Division in a company has a very important role for the survival of the company and brand. The division has the main task to think about how to grow from a company. The presence of social media is very change for the company. Especially with the presence of Instagram as one of the social media with the highest number of users in the world, making many companies and entrepreneurs who use and use Instagram to do marketing. Marketing activities undertaken by Eyelovin through Instagram include placing digital advertisements on Instagram or Instagram Ads and also endorsing several influencers with the aim of increasing brand awareness. Instagram has the nature of disseminating information very quickly and broadly, in addition to its easy and effective use.
PT Eyelovin Cantika Indonesia chose Instagram social media as a marketing communication media. The business development division has an important role in the success of the Eyelovin brand. Apprentices carry out all activities related to Instagram from Eyelovin. During the apprenticeship activities the intern has learned the marketing strategies of Eyelovin through Instagram well. Eyelovin runs his marketing strategy and communication well on Instagram. Apprentices are assigned by supervisors to provide ideas for Eyelovin's Instagram content feeds and also manage Instagram Eyelovin with the aim to attract the attention of customers and also increase brand awareness through creating content on Instagram
