Abstract
Dimana perusahaan berdiri maka disitu juga dibutuhkan seorang Public Relations yang bertujuan untuk membuat perusahaan lebih dikenal oleh banyak orang contohnya seperti membangun citra positif di masyarakat, mengelola media sosial perusahaan agar publik jauh lebih mengenal perusahaan dan seorang Public Relations juga dibutuhkan guna sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat maupun media. Kalimat ini didukung dengan definisi Public Relations dari Cutlip Center “Public Relations adalah fungsi manajemen yang membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang baik dan bermanfaat antara organisasi dengan public yang memengaruhi kesuksesan atau kegagalan organisasi tersebut” dalam buku Effectives Public Relations edisi kesembilan hal 6.
Waktu jam kerja yang dijalani oleh pemagang berjalan selama 640 jam kerja, saat proses magang berjalan di Allium Hotel Tangerang yang diposisikan sebagai Assisten Public Relations, pemagang banyak mendapat ilmu dan pengalaman sebagai Public Relations. Pemagang juga lebih mengerti bagaimana proses kerja nyata seorang Public Relations saat menjalankan perannya disebuah perushaan. Peran Public Relations menjadi sangat penting di Allium Hotel Tangerang guna membangun citra positif yang terkait dengan reputasi Allium Hotel dimasyarakat terutama yang ingin dating untuk beraktivitas di Allium Hotel. / Where the company stood then there also needed a Public Relations that aims to make the company better known by many people such as building a positive image in the community, managing social media companies to make the public much more familiar with the company and a Public Relations also needed to be a liaison between the company and the media. This sentence is supported by the definition of the Public Relations of Cutlip Center "Public relations is a function of management that builds and maintains a good and beneficial relationship between organizations with the public affecting the success or failure of the organization " in the book Effectives of Public Relations Ninth edition pages 6.
Working hours spent by the trainees running for 640 working hours, when the internship process is running at Allium Hotel Tangerang which is positioned as Assisten Public Relations, the trainees get a lot of knowledge and experience as Public Relations. The Apprentice also understands how the real work process of a Public Relations when performing its role in a corporation. The role of Public Relations is very important in Allium Hotel Tangerang to build a positive image related to the reputation of Allium Hotels in the community, especially those who want to dating for activities at Allium Hotels.
