Financial statement is a report that provides financial information of a company in a certain accounting period which can be used to draw and evaluate company’s performance. The use of accounting financial statements are a very useful and important requirement for investors to assist in making investment decisions. This research attempts to examine the impact of Earning Per Share, Dividend Per Share and Return On Equity towards share price. This study will be conducted on the Consumer Goods Industry that is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year of 2016 throughout 2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using secondary data in the form of financial statement. Using the purposive sampling method, out of a total population of 57 companies, 15 companies are selected to be sample. The analysis model used in this research is the multiple linear regression model. The result of this research indicates that partially, earning per share has a positive impact and significant towards share price, dividend per share has a positive impact and significant towards share price and return on equity has a negative impact and insignificant towards share price. However, simultaneously, earning per share, dividend per share, and return on equity have a significant impact towards share price. / Laporan keuangan adalah sebuah catatan yang menyajikan informasi keuangan suatu perusahaan pada suatu periode akuntansi yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan menilai kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Penggunaan laporan keuangan akuntansi adalah salah satu persyaratan yang sangat berguna den penting bagi investor untuk membantu dalam membuat keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menguji pengaruh Earning Per Share, Dividend Per Share dan Return On Equity terhadap harga saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industry barang konsumen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, earning per share berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, dividend per share berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan return on equity berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Namun, secara simultan, earning per share, dividend per share dan return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.
