Abstract
Pelaksanaan pembangunan infrastruktur yang ambisius merupakan bagian dari Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) 2005-2019 yang merupakan tahap ketiga dari RPJPN 2005-2025 seperti yang ditetapkan melalui Perpres No. 2 Tahun 2015. Salah satu item beton pracetak yang digunakan adalah spun pile atau tiang pancang bulat. Berdasarkan data asosiasi perusahaan pracetak dan prategang (AP3I) kapasitas produksi beton pracetak Indonesia pada 2015 mencapai 25,3 juta ton setahun keumudian, produksi meningkat menjadi 26,7 juta ton dan 35 juta ton pada tahun 2017 dan akan terus meningkat untuk tahun-tahun berikutnya. Agar suatu proyek dapat berjalan dengan lancar, suplai spun pile sebagai pendukung juga harus lancar dan berhubungan dengan kapasitas produksi pabrik precast. Penelitian ini akan membahas analisis kajian potret proyek infrastruktur di pulau Jawa, analisis hasil kajian kebutuhan spun pile pada proyek infrastruktur di pulau Jawa, analisis kinerja konstruksi proyek infrastruktur di pulau Jawa, analisis model produktivitas spun pile pada perusahaan precast xyz di pulau Jawa dan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari responden yang diolah melalui program statistic SPSS dan data sekunder dengan wawancara dan survei langsung, akan didapatkan faktor dominan agar produktivitas spun pile lebih baik lagi. Hasil dari penelitian ini faktor yang berpengaruh dalam miningkatkan produktivitas adalah sering terjadi salah paham antara pekerja dengan pengawas, waktu kerja sering lembur, keterlambatan pengecekan, pengarahan keselamatan kerja. / The ambitious implementation of infrastructure development is part of the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2005-2019 which is the third stage of RPJPN 2005-2025 as stipulated in the Perpres No 2 of 2015. One of the precast concrete items used is spun pile or round pile. Based on data from the Association of Prefabricated and Prefabricated Companies (AP3I), Indonesia's precast concrete production capacity in 2015 reached 25.3 million tons a year later, production increased to 26.7 million tons and 35 million tons in 2017 and will continue to increase for the following years. So that a project can run smoothly, the supply of spun pile as a support must also be smooth and related to the production capacity of the precast plant. This research will discuss the analysis of a portrait study of infrastructure projects on the island of Java, analysis of the results of the study of spun pile needs in infrastructure projects on the island of Java, analysis of construction performance of infrastructure projects on the island of Java analysis of the spun pile model in the XYZ precast company and the recommendations for improvement produced in this study, The method used uses primary data obtained from respondents processed through the SPSS statistical program and secondary data through interviews and direct surveys will get the dominant so that spun pile productivity is better. The results of this study are influential factors in increasing productivity are often misunderstandings between workers and supervisors, working time is often overtime, late checking, directing work safety.
