This thesis discusses the Bankruptcy of PT Hotel Panghegar. The purpose of this study are to find out the judge consideration already in line with Act No. 37 Year 2004 on Bankruptcy and Suspension of Payment and also to knowning the procedur of transferrable ownership right of PT Hotel Panghegar. This thesis is expected to provide beneficial results for writer and readers, also expected to give way of solving problems in the future. In this study, the problem that has been analyzed is the court judgment according on Act No. 37 Year 2004 and the procedur of transferrable ownership right of Hotel Panghegar. The method used in this thesis is a normative method. Based on this research, PT Hotel Panghegar is bankcrupt because they couldn't pay off debts. Furthermore, PT Hotel Panghegar had suspension of payment for 45 days before being bankcrupt. The bankcrupty estate is sold through auction to pay off their debts.
