With all problems of establishing business, entrepreneurs must believe that they have the ability to do entrepreneurial tasks. This is called as Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy.Self-efficacy is astrong indicator for firm performance.The objectives of this research are to prove whether Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy has influence on Firm’s Performance at PT Able Commodities Indonesia, Medan. Entrepreneurs who have high self-efficacy believe that they are capable to complete entrepreneurial tasks. They will have the confidence in their abilities to reach high level of performance. In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS Statistics V.25 application. The writer used descriptive and causal research. The sampling technique used is census sampling method.The population will be all of the employees, which are 86 employees at PT Able Commodities Indonesia. The hypothesis test with the value of tcount(19.582) higher than ttable(1.66320) shows that Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy have influence on Firm’s Performance at PT Able Commodities Indonesia, Medan. Furthermore, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has 82% influenced on firm’sperformance. This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and regression analysis. The recommendation for the companyisthe owner must develop self-efficacy by not hesitate in investing on more advanced machines in the production process. So, the production process will be more effective and efficient. / Dengan semua masalah dalam membangun bisnis, wirausahawan harus percaya bahwa mereka memiliki kemampuan melakukan tugas kewirausahaan. Ini disebut sebagai efikasi diri kewirausahaan. Efikasi diri adalah indikator kuat untuk performa perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuktikan apakah efikasi diri wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap performa perusahaan di PT Able Commodities Indonesia, Medan. Pengusaha yang memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi percaya bahwa mereka mampu menyelesaikan tugas kewirausahaan. Mereka memiliki kepercayaan diri pada kemampuan mereka untuk mencapai tingkat kinerja yang tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics V.25. Penulis menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan, yaitu 86 karyawan di PT Able Commodities Indonesia. Uji hipotesis dengan nilai thitung (19,582) lebih tinggi dari ttabel (1,66320) menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri kewirausahawan memiliki pengaruh terhadap performa perusahaan di PT Able Commodities Indonesia, Medan. Selanjutnya, efikasi diri kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh 82% terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga lulus uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan analisis regresi. Rekomendasi untuk perusahaan adalah pemilik harus mengembangkan efikasi diri dengan tidak ragu untuk berinvestasi pada mesin yang lebih canggih dalam proses produksi. Jadi, proses produksi lebih efektif dan efisien.
