Teknologi di bidang kedokteran sedang berkembang, salah satunya adalah telemedicine. Telemedicine adalah proses perawatan jarak jauh yang menggunakan jaringan telekomunikasi. Telemedicine sangat berguna untuk menghubungkan staf medis dan pasien dalam situasi di mana tidak memungkinkan untuk bertemu (misalnya saat pandemi). Aplikasi konsultasi dokter dan pasien merupakan aplikasi Android yang dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Flutter dan terdiri atas dua aplikasi, bagian dokter dan aplikasi bagian pasien. Aplikasi dibuat untuk mempermudah konsultasi antara dokter dan pasien dan akan menjadi modul telekonsultasi dari aplikasi PHR yang sedang dibuat bersama tim peneliti. Aplikasi memiliki fitur mengirimkan pesan teks, gambar dan video call. Proses pengiriman pesan dan gambar secara realtime menggunakan cloud firestore Firebase sedangkan bagian video call menggunakan Agora SDK. Medical record pasien dapat dilihat oleh dokter pada aplikasi bagian dokter. Hasil dari kuesioner yang ditanyakan kepada pengguna dokter dan juga pasien setelah menggunakan aplikasi mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 4.683 untuk aspek accessibility, nilai 4.626 untuk aspek intuitiveness dan nilai 4.466. Hasil dari ketiga aspek tersebut memberikan kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan sebagai alat konsultasi antara dokter dan pasien dengan cara pengiriman pesan teks, gambar dan melakukan video call./ Technology in the medical field is developing, one of which is telemedicine.
