Abstract

Pada masa ini, perkembangan teknologi sudah sangat pesat. Salah satu teknologi yang berkembang pesat adalah teknologi voice command. Penggunaan teknologi voice command untuk kehidupan sehari-hari sudah menjadi sesuatu yang mudah dan biasa dilakukan. Proyek tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membuat robot mobil yang bisa dikendalikan dengan menggunakan voice command. Voice command yang digunakan pada proyek tugas akhir ini adalah Siri, yang berbasis pada iOS. Untuk bisa membuat proyek ini, aplikasi-aplikasi yang digunakan adalah aplikasi Blynk, aplikasi Shortcuts, dan aplikasi Arduino IDE. Pada aplikasi Blynk, widget yang dipakai untuk proyek tugas akhir ini adalah button. Aplikasi Shortcuts memakai shortcut yang diberi nama command sesuai dengan yang akan dipanggil, dan berisi perintah yang akan memanggil aplikasi Blynk saat voice command diberikan melalui Siri. Pada Arduino IDE, terdapat program untuk menghubungkan mikrokontroler yang digunakan dengan aplikasi Blynk melalui Wi-Fi. Selain itu, ada juga program untuk merespons terhadap button yang ada pada aplikasi Blynk. Program yang telah dibuat pada aplikasi Arduino IDE di-upload ke mikrokontroler ESP32. Lalu ESP32 ini akan dihubungkan dengan motor DC yang akan menjalankan robot mobil yang telah dibuat. Penggunaan voice command Siri tidak sempurna. Untuk bisa memproses action yang disampaikan, Siri membutuhkan waktu tertentu sesuai dengan action yang diucapkan, rata-rata waktu respons yang dibutuhkan berkisar antara 2 sampai 3 detik. Analisis terhadap data yang didapat menunjukkan beberapa hal yang bisa menjadi alasan terhadap kinerja tersebut, seperti nama dari command dan pelafalan kata tersebut./In this day and age, technology has developed a lot. One of those technologies is voice command. The use of voice command technology has risen a lot these days, and it is even used in a daily basis. The goal of this research is to create a robot car that can be controlled using voice commands. The one that will be used in this research is Siri, a voice command for iOS devices. To realize this research, there are applications that are needed. These applications are Blynk, Shortcuts and Arduino IDE. On the Blynk app, there are widgets, and the one that will be used is the button widget. For the Shortcuts app, the first thing to do is to create a new shortcut, which can be named freely to be called later using voice command. The newly created shortcuts are then used to connect voice commands with the Blynk app. On the Arduino IDE app, programs can be written that will connect the microcontroller with the Blynk app through Wi-Fi. There are also programs that will make the microcontroller respond when the buttons on Blynk app is pressed or used. These programs will then be uploaded to the ESP32. The ESP32 will be connected to DC motors. These motors will be the ones moving around the robot car. Siri is unfortunately not perfect. Siri needs time to process words that are said. Some of the command words that are used takes more time than the others, and the average respond time ranges between 2 to 3 seconds. The analysis given of the data taken will point out some things that can be the reason of why the collected data are so, such as the name of the command and the pronunciation of it.
