Abstract

Organisational behavior describes the behaviors and attitudes of employees and the organization as a whole. Organisational behavior can be used to improve the management practices for influencing the employees effectively and working with them. Companies can manage change effectively by understanding organisational behavior. The objective of this study is to know the impacts of organisational behavior on company development at CV Mega Fashion Global. The methods used by the writer in this research is descriptive method and correlational method. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistic, validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, linear regression analysis and Z test Based on research result, the conclusion of this research is that there is impact of organisational behavior on company development. The determination test shows that coefficient of determination value is 39,94%. As the results of hypothesis testing by using z-test it shows an alternate hypothesis which mean organisational behavior has significant impact toward company development. It can also be seen from the results that coefficient of correlation value is in 0,795. Integrity, system approach and innovation of a company can be valued through motivation, commitment and quality, which have been made by the company itself. As it shows how well the performance of the company perform in effective and efficient way./ Perilaku organisasi menggambarkan perilaku dan sikap karyawan dan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Perilaku organisasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan praktik manajemen untuk mempengaruhi karyawan secara efektif dan bekerja dengan mereka. Perusahaan dapat mengelola perubahan secara efektif dengan memahami perilaku organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak perilaku organisasi pada pengembangan perusahaan di CV Mega fashion global. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode correlational. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, tes validitas, uji keandalan, tes normalitas, Koefisien korelasi, Koefisien penentuan, analisis regresi linier dan uji Z Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada dampak perilaku organisasi pada pengembangan perusahaan. Tes penentuan menunjukkan bahwa nilai penentuan koefisien adalah 39, 94%. Sebagai hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan z-test ini menunjukkan hipotesis alternatif yang berarti perilaku organisasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan perusahaan. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari hasil yang koefisien nilai korelasi di 0795. Integritas, pendekatan sistem dan inovasi dari sebuah perusahaan dapat dihargai melalui motivasi, komitmen dan kualitas, yang telah dibuat oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Seperti yang menunjukkan seberapa baik kinerja perusahaan tampil dalam cara yang efektif dan efisien.
