Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a mental attitude and the nature of a soul that is always active in trying to advance the work of devotees in the context of efforts to increase income in its business activities. Also, entrepreneurship is a creative and innovative ability that is used as a basis, tips, and resources to find opportunities for success. Problems often occur in the company is the first time asphalt production constraints asphalt materials when filtered into the scales would not go up because of frozen and broken generator could not do production. Asizah et al., (2016) says that the definition of business performance is something that to achieve the target of a company through the performance and workability. Companies measure their business performance through income, losses, customer satisfaction, and productivity. This research is quantitative, descriptive, and causal study. The object of this study was PT Citra Agung Utama repeated customers which amount 42 employees. Using the census sampling method which taken all population become sample. Based on the analysis that has been made for validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and heteroscedasticity data is already passed. The coefficient of determination value is 0.533 defined as variable entrepreneurial orientation capable of affecting the business performance. Based on t-test, tcount > ttable (6.760 > 2.01954) the hypothesis accepts, and entrepreneurial orientation has an effect on business performance at PT Citra Agung Utama, Banda Aceh. Based on the finding, recommendations for the company need to have expertise on certain types of projects such as architectural fields and prepare a backup plan to anticipate the occurrence of these risks and fully understand what the company needs for business in the future./Kewirausahaan adalah sikap mental dan sifat jiwa yang selalu aktif dalam mencoba memajukan karya bakta dalam konteks upaya meningkatkan pendapatan dalam kegiatan bisnisnya. Juga, kewirausahaan adalah kemampuan kreatif dan inovatif yang digunakan sebagai dasar, kiat, dan sumber daya untuk menemukan peluang untuk sukses. Masalah yang sering terjadi di perusahaan adalah pertama kali kendala produksi aspal material aspal ketika disaring ke timbangan tidak akan naik karena generator yang beku dan rusak tidak dapat melakukan produksi. Asizah et al., (2016) mengatakan bahwa definisi kinerja bisnis adalah sesuatu yang untuk mencapai target perusahaan melalui kinerja dan kemampuan kerja. Perusahaan mengukur kinerja bisnis mereka melalui pendapatan, kerugian, kepuasan pelanggan, dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif, dan kausal. Objek penelitian ini adalah pelanggan berulang PT Citra Agung Utama yang berjumlah 42 karyawan. Menggunakan metode sensus sampling yang diambil semua populasi menjadi sampel. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan untuk data validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas sudah terlewati. Koefisien determinasi 0.533 didefinisikan sebagai variabel orientasi kewirausahaan yang mampu mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis. Berdasarkan uji t thitung> ttabel (6.760> 2.01954) hipotesis diterima, dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis di PT Citra Agung Utama, Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan temuan, rekomendasi untuk perusahaan perlu memiliki keahlian pada jenis proyek tertentu seperti bidang arsitektur dan menyiapkan rencana cadangan untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya risiko dan sepenuhnya memahami apa yang dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk bisnis di masa depan.
