Abstract

The innovative behaviour nowdays is needed to face the 4.0 industry revolution development. This 4.0 industry revolution has made everything becoming practical and efficiency by the technology support, even it can replace human’s role. This study aims to anaylise the influence of transformational leadership, organisational culture, and emotional intelligence toward teachers’ innovative behaviour. The subject of the research were thirty six teachers of Marsudirini Junior High School, Bekasi. This study used path analyses by quantitative approaching. The instrument used closed-ended questions. The result of the study proved that the transformational leadership, organisational culture, and emotional intelligence effect toward teachers’ innovative behaviour in the Marsudirini Junior High School, Bekasi. / Perilaku inovatif saat ini diperlukan dalam menghadapi perkembangan revolusi industri 4. Hal ini, dikarenakan revolusi industri 4.0 membuat segala sesuatunya menjadi praktis, dan efisien dengan berbantuan teknologi, bahkan dapat menggantikan peran manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership, budaya organisasi, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku inovatif guru. Subyek penelitian adalah 36 guru SMP Marsudirini Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership, budaya organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku inovatif para guru SMP Marsudirini Bekasi.
