Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh servant leadership, organizational citizenship behavior OCB, Perceived Organizational Support (POS) ,Well-Being terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru pada sekolah SMK Mudita dikota Singkawang. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 39 guru yang mengajar di sebuah Sekolah SMK Swasta di kota singkawang, dimana teridentifikasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) didalamnya.mengunakan desain penelitian adalah Desain penelitian analisis jalur dengan cara pendekatan kumulatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam program SmartPL32.Istrumen penelitian adalah membagi kuesioner dan wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru SMK Mudita Kota Singkawang.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengambil data dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Teknik ini disebut sensus, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data maka seluruh subyek populasi diteliti satu persatu secara keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi yang ada semua dijadikan sample sebanyak 39 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Servant Leadership mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) secara positif, Perceived Organizational Support mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) secara positif, Well-being mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) secara positif. / The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational citizenship behavior OCB, Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Well-Being to Teacher's Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the SMK Mudita school in the city of Singkawang. The research subjects are 39 teachers who teach at a private vocational school in the city of Singkawang, where identified Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in it. using the research design is a path analysis research design by means of a cumulative approach. The method used in the program SmartPL32. The research instrument was to divide the questionnaire and head interviews schools and teachers of SMK Mudita, Singkawang City. Sampling technique used in this study is to take data from the whole population size. This technique is called a census, which is a data collection technique all population subjects were examined one by one as a whole from the number Existing population all sampled as many as 39 respondents. Result of This study shows that Servant Leadership affects Positive Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Perceived Organizational Support affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) positively, Well-being affects Organizational Positive Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
