Abstract

Kegiatan belajar merupakan proses interaksi dalam kelas untuk membangun konsep pemahaman siswa. Proses interaksi antar siswa sangat penting, namun pada pembelajaran jarak jauh tanpa disadari terjadi kekurangan interaksi antar siswa sehingga memunculkan sikap individualis siswa. Individualis merupakan wujud keegoisan dan kesombongan manusia yang merasa cukup dengan dirinya. Hal tersebut merupakan awal dari kejatuhan manusia dalam dosa yang sekaligus berdampak pada bergesernya nilai moral, standar kebaikan dan kecenderungan manusia dari Allah kepada diri sendiri (self-centeredness). Penebusan Kristus telah mengembalikan relasi manusia dan Allah begitu pula sesama manusia. Proses belajar siswa menjadi salah satu kesempatan untuk melatih berkolaborasi dengan keberagaman sesamanya untuk membangun komunitas kelas yang shalom salah satunya melalui metode diskusi kelompok. Penulisan makalah ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan memaparkan pelaksanaan diskusi kelompok pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam pelajaran akuntansi kelas XII pada salah satu SMA swasta Kristen di Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan data e-portofolio dan analisis pembahasan, hasil pelaksanaan diskusi kelompok pada pembelajaran jarak jauh di salah satu SMA swasta Kristen Yogyakarta belum dapat mengatasi sikap individualis siswa dengan maksimal. Keterbatasan kesempatan mengajar menjadi salah satu faktornya, sehingga diharapkan para pembaca maupun pendidik dapat menerapkan metode serupa dengan penyesuaian teknis dan jangka waktu penerapan yang lebih lama./ Learning activities are a process of interaction in the classroom to build student understanding of concepts. The process of interaction between students is very important, but in distance learning, there is a lack of interaction between students without realizing it, resulting in student's individualist attitudes. Individualist is a form of selfishness and ego by humans who feel satisfied with themselves. This is the beginning of humanity's fall into sin which at the same time has an impact on shifting moral values, standards of goodness, and human tendencies from God to self (self-centeredness). The redemption of Christ has restored the relationship between humans and God as well as fellow humans. The student learning process is an opportunity to train to collaborate with the diversity of each other to build a good class community, one of which is through the group discussion method. Writing this paper aims to describe and explain the implementation of group discussions on distance learning in accounting class XII at one of the Christian private high schools in Yogyakarta. Based on e-portfolio data and discussion analysis, the results of the implementation of group discussions on distance learning at one of the Yogyakarta Christian private high schools have not been able to fully resolve student's individualist attitudes. The limitation of teaching opportunities is one of the factors, so it is hoped that readers and educators can apply similar methods with technical adjustments and a longer application period.not been able to fully overcome the individualist attitudes of students.
